What campers say

Lost Park Campground sits in a beautiful, fairly isolated setting often used as a trailhead for the Lost Creek Wilderness loop. The area is popular with hikers and backpackers, and many visitors report fishing opportunities and frequent wildlife sightings, including moose and deer. The campground provides basic amenities like picnic tables, fire rings, flat parking and a well pump. Practical tradeoffs include a long, rough access road, limited cell service, and the need to follow bear-aware practices. Come prepared with firewood, rain gear, warm layers, insect repellant and a plan to pack out your trash.
