Lewis Park is a well-kept municipal park offering free or donation-supported overnight camping with several RV and tent sites and basic services. Visitors report potable water spigots, a dump station across the street, and occasional electrical hookups (availability has changed), making it a convenient stop for big rigs and overnight travelers. The park features playgrounds, frisbee golf, skate/BMX and other sports facilities, picnic ramadas and shady grassy areas suited to families. Tradeoffs include some uneven sites, variable cell coverage, and occasional cleanliness issues in restrooms or the donation area. Consider bringing leveling gear and small cash donations.
