What campers say

Leigh Creek is a small, riverside campground with about ten sites that feels secluded and quiet. Many reviewers praised spacious, private tent sites, the soothing creek sound, and a helpful on‑site host. Facilities are basic but well kept: vault/pit toilets, a hand pump and potable water, and occasional firewood for sale. Practical tradeoffs include no cell service, limited shade at a few sites, and some reports of overflowing trash. A couple of sites are first‑come/first‑serve and certain pullouts are favored for privacy and creek access; good for climbers and travelers heading toward Yellowstone or Devil’s Tower.
