Leapin' Lizard RV Ranch is a well-maintained desert RV park with shaded, level, roomy sites and working full hookups. Owners are described as welcoming and helpful, and bath, shower and laundry facilities are consistently reported as very clean. The pool and hot tub look inviting and are generally well kept, though at least one guest found the pool too cold and the spa only lukewarm. The park is convenient to nearby off-road riding and Borrego Springs. Note there can be ATV activity nearby; management enforces quiet and off-road rules, but occasional noise has been reported.
