Lakeview Family Campground is a family-oriented, wooded park with shaded, roomy sites (many with water and electric) and a large beach area. Guests commonly note plentiful kid-focused activities — playgrounds, miniature golf, paddleboards, kayaks and a waterslide — and friendly, helpful staff. Bathhouses are functional and generally kept clean but can feel dated and sometimes have limited stalls/showers. There are no on-site sewer hookups for short-term sites (dump station or pump-out options). Expect a quiet, alcohol-free atmosphere, a small camp store, and occasional lakeweed or scheduling hiccups with rentals.
