Lake Chemung Outdoor Resort is a well-maintained, activity-filled camp with clean facilities, multiple bath/laundry houses, a clubhouse with an indoor pool and sauna (seasonal), and daily site garbage pickup. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, with guests often met at the gate and escorted to sites. Note that a large portion of sites are permanent park models rather than open RV spots, so sites can feel tight and some guests report staff-assigned site placement. Many enjoy the lake access, pool and organized events, but seasonal closures and occasional reservation/refund customer-service issues have been reported.
