Kid Valley Campground is a small, wooded RV and tent park conveniently located off Spirit Lake Highway and one of the closest overnight options for visiting Mount St. Helens. Sites are generally spacious, mostly level dirt pads with picnic tables and fire rings; many RV spaces offer water and 30A service and some have full hookups, while tent sites are smaller. Facilities are simple but kept tidy—bathhouse showers are coin-operated—and the on-site host is welcoming. Expect limited privacy between sites, little or no cell service, and few nearby services, so bring supplies and cash for self-check-in.
