What a nice little campground that backs up to a small stream that was running in March, 2022. There was a lovely hike along the stream to a cool waterfall. We lucked out and happened to pick a site that looked right at the stream and the red rock mountains behind it. We think Loop B is much better as you are close to the stream, trail and mountains. Don't be fooled by the industrial looking drive into the campsite. Once you are in this campground, it is beautiful.

What campers say
Ken's Lake Campground offers wide-open, well-maintained sites with strong views of red rock canyons and the La Sal Mountains and easy access to the lake, Faux Falls and local trails. Sites are generally well spaced and include picnic tables and large metal fire rings with grills; a few sites have trees suitable for a hammock. Vault toilets are reported clean and there are dumpsters, but there is no potable water or on-site hookups. Expect limited shade, seasonal heat and variable cell signal; the campground is usually quiet at night, though ATVs or generators can occasionally be heard.
