You can tell this campground is a little older, but it is in a beautiful setting next to the Weber river. Quiet, scenic, and nice. Very easy to get to. Pull off the freeway and go to the Phillips 66. The pull through sites are unusual, but they work. Nice people, and friendly. The showers must have been upgraded, because they were just fine. Rates very modest. Will be back soon.

What campers say
Holiday Hills RV Park is an older, budget-friendly park right along the river with convenient access to a gas station and the nearby town. Many guests appreciate the scenic setting, level concrete pads in some spots, and generally clean restrooms and functioning hookups. Tradeoffs include narrow, tight sites that can be challenging for larger rigs, low tree limbs and aging site amenities, and a mix of long-term residents. Staff responsiveness appears inconsistent, with some visitors finding helpful service while others report billing or attitude problems. Overall it's a practical, affordable option if you’re prepared for modest facilities.

Would not recommend this campground. Washrooms & showers were dirty and old (situated behind an abandoned garage). The sites are horizontal and really close to one another. The only good part is its right off the I80.
