About this campground
Hillcrest Resort in Zephyrhills Florida caters to long term park models with a few full hookup RV sites sprinkled in.
What campers say
Hillcrest RV Resort is a well-kept 55+ RV community with many organized seasonal activities, a heated pool and hot tub, and a friendly resident base. Staff and maintenance receive frequent praise for cleanliness, value, and efficient office service, and sites are available for short- or long-term stays. Visitors should be aware that pet amenities are limited—no fenced dog park and pets are often placed in a separate area—and a few guests report strict enforcement of park rules, including disputes over flags and service-animal incidents. Wi-Fi is reportedly strongest in the clubhouse.
