Staff and maintenance receive frequent praise for cleanliness, value, and efficient office service, and sites are available for short- or long-term stays. Visitors should be aware that pet amenities are limited—no fenced dog park and pets are often placed in a separate area—and a few guests report strict enforcement of park rules, including disputes over flags and service-animal incidents.
