Hatch Point Campground

Hatch Point Campground so near to Moab Utah yet so far away. If you could float on a bunch of balloons and land at the campground it is maybe 20 miles from Moab but technically 56 miles by vehicle the BLM managed campground is located on a mesa with scenic vistas, quiet isolation and starry nights awaiting any campers who make the trek. Pit toilets and 10 designated sites available for a small fee the campground offers a unique setting for an adventurous night (or two) under the stars. Note this location no longer has water available and when combined with the remoteness it is strongly recommended that you come fully prepared to support yourself in whatever conditions will be present during your stay. 9 miles back off a gravel road the site parking pads are large enough for anything you would be willing to take 9 miles back on a gravel road.
