This campground is not customer friendly at all. We had booked a 2 night stay (using our Passport America discount). We arrived late on Friday night and checked in. Our site was very unlevel. Our front end was way making the steps into our camper almost impossible. We stayed the night and then went and talked to the office. They told us that there was nothing they could do since we were using Passport America. They were extremely unfriendly and not customer service oriented at all. We went back and tried to straighten up and see if we could make the site better. It didn't work. In fact, our sewer would not even drain. We went back and asked again if we could move. The answer was NO. They had plenty of empty sites in the campground. We asked for our money back. The answer was NO. We told them about the steps - they told us to get a ladder. We told them about the sewer and they told us to pick up the hose again and again. I would not recommend staying at this campground at all. The WIFI is terrible and cell phone service is terrible. We asked several questions about the area and they were extremely unfriendly. Find somewhere that will appreciate your business and treat you like a customer!
