Reservations and check-in are generally smooth and staff are frequently described as friendly and accommodating, especially for groups. Practical tradeoffs: there is no on-site laundry, limited shade at many sites, and some guests reported strict rule enforcement and occasional disputes over additional charges or amenity policies (for example AC use).
