What campers say
Glenn Camp Campground is a quiet, scenic backcountry site along the West Fork of the San Gabriel River, popular with bikepackers and hikers. Sites are few and remote—expect a paved 6–8 mile walk or ride from the road—though two accessible sites reportedly allow vehicle access for those with a placard. Amenities are basic: picnic tables, fire rings, barbecues and two pit toilets; stream water only. Visitors praise nearby falls and fishing but note pit toilets can be unpleasant, fire rules and weekday access sometimes change for debris removal, and the access road can be steep and busy near the dam.
