What campers say

Glacier View Campground offers spacious, lakeside campsites with striking mountain and glacier views; many sites sit right on the water and are well suited for kayaking or paddleboarding. The setting is generally quiet and family-friendly, with generous site spacing and a short nearby trail. Main trade-offs: mosquitoes can be intense around dusk and mornings, so bring effective repellent and protective clothing. Restroom ventilation and cleanliness have been criticized, and some visitors report an iron-like taste to the tap water. Onsite firewood is available but reportedly pricey, so many recommend bringing your own.
