📖 About This Campground

Gatton Creek Campground in Quinault Washington is a US Forest Service campground (Olympic National Forest) offers 5 walk-in (only) tent camping sites on a first come first served basis. The popular small campground provides amazing privacy with the heavy brush and unique location near the shores of Quinault Lake. Located just off the roadway the campground consists of a main paved parking area, small vault restroom, and short dirt trails to the campsites. A second trail leads to the lakeside and picnic area. Due to the high demand the campsites are expensive for what you get; ie a place to pitch a tent. Picnic tables and fire rings at each site. Multiple trails lead through the surrounding forest. A short walk to the small town where a restaurant and supplies are available.
