Gasconade Hills Resort is a well-maintained, family-friendly campground with friendly, attentive owners and staff. Campsites and cabins are spacious and the shower/restroom facilities are consistently described as clean. An on-site store offers supplies and prepared food (pizza, wings, soft serve), and many guests appreciate the easy, scenic float access to the nearby Gasconade River. The park works well for short stays and extended visits. Practical note: while there is river access, it’s not promoted as a prime swimming beach, and a few sites may be uneven or overgrown at times - worth confirming when booking.
