French Camp R.V. Park is a well-kept, gated RV community with concrete pads, paved roads and many amenities — heated pool and hot tub, laundry, gym, clubhouse, propane refill and two dog parks. Staff are generally attentive and grounds stay clean with regular site trash pickup. It’s popular with long-term residents, so the park can feel dense and some sites are tight for very large rigs. A few guests noted strict paperwork or deposit/credit-check requirements, occasional Wi‑Fi or noise issues, and the presence of stray/feral cats on the property.
