What campers say

Fremont Lake Campground offers beautiful lakeside scenery, shaded and well-kept sites, clean vault toilets, and attentive camp hosts. It’s well suited to trailers and larger rigs with paved loops and a good boat ramp for fishing, kayaking and swimming; parts of the lake have sandy beach access. Practical tradeoffs include limited tent-only spots and variable water access (no full hookups or dump station), potholes on the access road, and occasional noise from fast-driving vehicles and lake traffic. Visitors also report variable cell service, some issues with mice and unleashed dogs—seal rigs, bring traps and bug spray, and drive cautiously.
