Fox Bluff Cottages & RV sits on the Fox River with mature trees and shaded, roomy sites, offering a family-friendly, community-oriented atmosphere. New ownership has been adding resort-style amenities — a well-kept outdoor pool and hot tub, playground, sports courts, social house and regular events — and many guests praise the grounds and security. However, some visitors note growing pains: limited laundry and bathhouse capacity, occasional construction noise, inconsistent office staffing and reported drainage/flooding concerns. Overall it’s an improving, amenity-rich park with practical tradeoffs to weigh depending on season and expectations.
