This is the second time we've stayed at this RV park and we won't stay here again. Although it's close to attractions, the park itself is run down. There are quite a few permanents here and they were quite noisy with children screaming in the roads late at night and dogs barking incessantly. We asked twice to have a branch trimmed over our site and both times were told "Sure, no problem", but it never got done. The manager knew it needed trimming and told us so when we checked in. Noisy street traffic all night long. It's also hard to find, the only sign on the road is totally obscured by huge trees. They have new speed bumps at the entrance that are too high for RVs. There are too many other RV park options in the area so we won't be back here.

What campers say
Fountain Creek RV Park is an older, small park with many long-term residents and basic amenities (bathrooms, showers, laundry). Staff are generally described as friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient to downtown and nearby attractions like Garden of the Gods. Sites are close together and the park feels compact; some visitors find access straightforward while others note tight spaces for larger rigs. Several guests praised cleanliness and value, though a number reported security concerns and homeless encampments nearby. Consider it a budget-friendly, well-staffed option if you accept tradeoffs in space and neighborhood safety.
