Paved roads, gravel sites. All sites are nicely shaded. Right in town, convenient to all attractions. Owners are very helpful. Laundry, restrooms, grassy areas, tables at each site. Small campground but very nice.

What campers say
Fossil Valley RV Park is a small, well‑maintained town campground that works well as a base for exploring Dinosaur Country. Hosts are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; sites are shaded by mature trees with large pull‑throughs and easy parking. Facilities — bathrooms, showers and laundry — are kept very clean. Practical tradeoffs include some nearby road and suburban noise and being in town (but close to stores and services). A few guests noted strict pet restrictions and at least one reported an uncomfortable phone interaction when arranging long‑term stays; overall the park is highly recommended.

A nice little downtown RV Park. Owners keep the middle row of pull thrus open for short term guests. Groomed grass in between. Enough room for our large fiver huge shade trees. Grocery store is across the street and a fueling station is next door. Also an auto parts store is next door and they are open on Sundays! Weekly rate with discount was reasonable averaging out to $28 per night. Cell and data service is fast. 20 minutes to Dinosaur National Park. We will return when in the area.
