Fort Kearny State Recreation Area near Kearney Nebraska offers partial and primitive (no water, electric, or sewer) hookup RV and tent camping with ample outdoor activities including a fishing pier, nature trail, non power boating and hike-bike trail. Half the sites are reserve-able.
