Sites are generally clean with electric/water hookups and convenient bathhouses and snack facilities, though some showers show age. Wildlife (raccoons, crows, parrots) and occasional bugs can be a nuisance after dark, so secure food and trash. The park is popular and busy with limited privacy and reservations fill up months in advance; some guests also report small hassles with laundry and paid beach parking. Overall a beautiful, activity-rich park with typical coastal tradeoffs.
