Florilow Oaks is a compact 55+ singles campground with a friendly, social atmosphere and plenty of shade from mature oaks. Management and staff are described as helpful, and the grounds, laundry and recreation hall are kept clean. Regular activities (dinners, dances, card and board games) keep the community lively while the park remains generally quiet. Practical trade-offs include mostly smaller sites (about 36 ft max), narrow roads, and many long-term residents, so it isn't ideal for large rigs and couples are limited to shorter stays. Conveniently located near Gulf Coast beaches, shopping, RV storage, and a small dog park.
