Fleetwood RV Park

We stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting Jacksonville and attending an event downtown. The location is perfect for this purpose as it allows you multiple routes into downtown depending on traffic and accidents. Our longest commute from the site into downtown Jacksonville was 10 minutes and that was due to a train crossing. The park is very well kept by the management and their staff with a noticeable effort to make the place look good. Any negatives of the park are derived simply from its location adjacent to Phillips Hwy and in a more industrial and seedy part of town (unless you like being within walking distance of 4 strip clubs). They can't control that but what they can control they do very well. The back part of the park is all long term tenants and every single one we met was very nice and personable. In fact when we arrived back from the event late at night, about 10 pm, women were out walking laps around the park together. Our rate was $30 per night and we had a pull thru out front. Some of the back ins are tight and spacing can be a bit limited but there is plenty of parking out front and we never felt unsafe. Verizon cell and data was strong and their Cable TV was good. We would return here in the future.
