Many guests praise tidy restrooms/showers, optional reliable internet, good water pressure and gated 24/7 access for added security. The park tends to be quiet with a number of long‑term residents and backs onto Riverside Park/South Platte River for easy walking and recreation; it’s also conveniently located for day trips to nearby cities and mountains. Tradeoffs include medium‑to‑higher nightly rates (some feel short stays are costly), limited onsite entertainment for kids, occasional distant train noise, and intermittent office hours.
