Eureka Dam Campsite is a small, quiet riverside park run by friendly owners (Jan and Jim) that many visitors praise for cleanliness and a peaceful, shaded setting next to the Fox River and Eureka lock. Sites offer electric and water with several pull-through spaces long enough for big rigs; there’s a dump station but no sewer hookups. Facilities are rustic: clean pit toilets only and no showers. Popular for fishing, birding and value pricing, but expect extra fees for additional people, portable fire pits or boat launching, and occasional reports of abrupt staff interactions.
