All Concrete pads, with spaces designated by small bushes. Nice amount of tree coverage. Nice and quiet. Two levels of the park; lower level fits more smaller RVs, upper level fits larger RVs, One way streets to help with flow of traffic. No in ground fire pits at site. Enough space at site for one car. Additional car parking sprinkled throughout site. Pool is smaller than what it looks like pictured. Great spot for park your RV and go out and about have fun in the city and or just relax in a nice quiet atmosphere.

Escondido RV Resort in Escondido California offers full hookup RV sites in a manicured urban setting just off Interstate 15. The park is located adjacent to a hotel, across the street from fuel stations and a short walk from shopping and restaurants. The large park is easily access by any sized RV with paved roads and concrete parking pads. A popular place to stay the park has mostly long term guests but the high rates and enforced rules prevents the location from deteriorating into a "trailer park". Short term sites are available with reservations recommended.
The office is located on the left as you pull in and is also home to a laundry, restroom and the pool area. The park has two levels with the upper section being accessed via a short yet reasonably steep paved road. Escondido RV Resort is close to the Interstate and there is the constant drum of highway noise. Owned by Sunland RV Resorts guests enjoy a professionally operated park.
Rates are progressively more affordable the longer you stay.
Adjacent To Ron McLeod City Park with Playground, Trails And Several Acres Of Grass; this park is accessed by a coded gate from the upper area.
