The campground is a convenient, well-kept stop just off I-75, popular for overnight or mid-trip breaks. Sites are mostly paved, level pull-throughs with concrete pads and some shade from live oaks; hookups and bathhouse/showers are clean. Onsite amenities include a pool, playground, laundry and a camp store, and nearby shopping and restaurants are within a mile. Staff are generally described as friendly and helpful. Practical tradeoff: the highway proximity makes the park noticeable for traffic noise, but the location and easy in/out access appeal to travelers and families with pets.
