Approximately 20–25 long, wide gravel pull-through sites offer full hookups and are separated by mature aspens that provide shade, privacy and distant mountain views. Hosts are described as friendly and responsive; bathhouses and laundry are clean. Community fire pits add a pleasant social option. Practical tradeoffs include minor daytime highway noise from US-40 that quiets at night, variable Wi‑Fi (often adequate for texting but sometimes weak for streaming), and a gravel access road—drive slowly.
