📖 About This Campground

Dragoon Creek Campground near Colbert Washington is a public park managed by the State of Washington Department of Natural Resources. Located in a rural setting the campground is accessed via a gravel road that starts at the end of a residential cul-de-sac. Two main camping loops the first, as you enter, is best suited to smaller RVs and tents with sites mixed in the forest. The second loop across the namesake creek (via bridge) has large campsites some which can handle the largest RVs. These sites are tucked into river brush providing excellent privacy. The quiet camping area is a great place to get away and enjoy camping. Primitive sites, no hookups, the park has a vault toilet and water fill spigot. Inexpensive nightly rates; there is an on-site camphost. No reservations; first come first served. Sites have picnic tables and fire rings.
