Guests consistently praise large, semi‑private sites, clean well‑maintained bathrooms and hot showers, and friendly, accommodating hosts. Most sites offer water and electric with 20/30/50‑amp service and some pull‑through or full‑hookup spots near the front; however, full sewer hookups are limited. Paved roads and trails make it family‑ and pet‑friendly, though the narrow roads require careful maneuvering with longer rigs. Some areas show minor wear and Verizon cell service can be very weak, but overall upkeep and location are strong positives.
