Doc's RV Park offers a tidy, well-maintained campground with full hookups, a clean bathhouse, sizable laundry, a pleasant pool and rental park-models. Staff and long-term residents are frequently described as friendly and welcoming, and the park hosts regular social activities and a clubhouse with coffee and games. A shaded paved walking/bike path runs along the road outside the entrance and the beach, state park trails and shopping are just a few miles away. Sites are generally uncrowded and family-friendly, though a few reviewers noted tree roots and uneven pads on some sites and wished for concrete pads.
