What campers say
Dixie Caverns offers regular guided cave tours led by friendly, often humorous and knowledgeable guides. Tours can be popular, with groups leaving every 30–60 minutes, and there’s an attached gift/antique shop that many visitors enjoy browsing while they wait. The cavern walk involves many steps and some low clearance—wear sturdy shoes, bring a jacket for the cool interior, and be prepared for stairs and railings. The site also includes a convenient, reasonably priced campground used for quick overnight stops. A few visitors noted wildlife around the grounds, so stay aware of your surroundings.
