Denali Grizzly Bear Resort sits right on the Nenana River, offering many guests spacious rooms, balconies and excellent river views with easy access to Denali Park. Onsite conveniences include a small store, two food trucks, cabins, campsites, a laundry/microwave area and an ice machine. Practical tradeoffs: rooms typically lack in-room microwaves or refrigerators, campsites can be noisy from nearby highway traffic, and some units are up wooden stairs with no elevator. While staff are often helpful, a number of guests reported cleanliness problems (including pests) and frustrating cancellation or shuttle fees, so expect variability in experience.
