Paved roads and concrete sites the park is nicely landscaped and set in a scenic area of the country. Lots are owned and can be upgraded by the owners. Rental sites are available when not occupied by an owner.

The season is coming to an end at this beautiful Class A Motorcoach Resort. We, as many other owner's at Deer Creek Motorcoach Resort head South for the winter months. We will be at the Tampa RV Super Show in January. Stop by our booth that will be manned by many of the owners who will be there to tell you about Deer Creek. We have resale lots, with casitas, available for you to see next spring/summer if you're in the NC/VA area.
