CrossRoads Coach Resort at the ROB is a modern, well‑maintained RV park with level concrete pads, full hookups, landscaped sites and a secure gated entry. Amenities include a fenced dog area, plentiful dog stations, very clean restrooms/showers and free onsite laundry; Wi‑Fi is reported reliable for streaming. The layout and wide interior roads are big‑rig friendly and staff are responsive. Practical tradeoffs: the park sits in town so nearby nightlife and a mainline railroad can produce noticeable noise, and trees are still maturing so some sites have limited shade.

CrossRoads Coach Resort at the ROB in Lake City South Carolina provides full hookup RV sites. Paved roads with concrete sites the park has  a high end feel. Welcome to CrossRoads Coach Resort in Lake City, South Carolina. We are nestled in the Heart of Art! We are just a short walk to boutique shopping, permanent art installations, museums, art galleries, the library and remarkable cuisine. Moore Botanical Farms is a short car ride away. Lake City is home to ArtFields, the South’s premier art festival spanning nine days each Spring. Our park offers level concrete pads, full hook-ups with 30/50 amp service, park wide WiFi, a dog park and daily waste collection. We honor most RV discount memberships including Passport America, Good Sam, Family Motorcoach Association and more. We also offer a 15% military discount with appropriate ID. Since opening on August 9, 2019 we have received a warm welcome not only from the local community but from RVers around the United States and Canada.
