Many guests note level full-hookup pads and an unusually quiet feel—trees help buffer highway noise—so it can be good for overnights or short stays. Tradeoffs include small, closely spaced sites that may make slideouts and awnings tight, and several reports of aging or poorly maintained facilities (bathhouses, decking, limited hot water, and minimal Wi-Fi/cable).
