Cordele KOA Journey is a convenient, well-kept stop just off I-75. Sites are spacious with many long pull-thrus and ample shade from trees. Staff and managers are consistently described as friendly, helpful and responsive, assisting with site moves and minor RV issues. Grounds, restrooms and showers are kept clean; the campground includes full hookups, a small store, pool and playground, making it suitable for overnight stops, families, and tent or cabin stays. It remains fairly quiet despite highway proximity. Occasional nuisances mentioned include seasonal gnats and lukewarm bathhouse water.
