The park is close to town—within walking distance of restaurants, a small park, and the nearby golf course—making it a convenient stopover for exploring the area. Sites are generally level but some are close together and there is minimal shade, which can matter in warm weather. Management accepts packages and some cabin options are available with kitchens. Note the strong water pressure (use a regulator) and occasional waits for facilities during busy periods.
