Concrete pads, reliable utilities, multiple bath/laundry facilities, a large pool and a dog park are frequently praised, and on-site events plus nearby restaurants and grocery options add convenience. The park’s premium/executive areas appear better maintained; however, some gravel sites and older sections may be cluttered or less tidy. Sites can feel tight and there are few trees. Note: wireless access may carry a small fee.
