Very rude male answered the phone when we called for a possible reservation. I had called about an hour earlier and spoke to a nice woman who said there would be no problem with us getting a site for the days we needed but I would have to call back after 1 to reserve. I called back and the gentleman answered. I explained that I was calling to finalize my reservation and he rudely responded that they were full. Confused from the previous call I asked if they would have any openings on any other days during our targeted stay. He said again rudely they were full and there was nothing open at all. Rather shocked at this very poor customer service.
