What campers say

Chilatchee Creek Campground is a quiet, well cared-for Corps site with river views, piers for fishing, and roomy, level campsites shaded by trees. Many visitors note friendly hosts, working laundry, reliable 20/30/50-amp hookups and a dump station; restrooms and showers are older but kept clean. Expect a remote, off-grid feel with limited nearby services — pack supplies. Access includes a rough unpaved approach with occasional potholes, though most say big rigs can get in. Overall it's a peaceful spot for anglers and those seeking a low-key riverside getaway, with the usual tradeoffs of remoteness.
