What campers say

Cedar Point Campground is a small, well-kept lakeside park popular for fishing, family gatherings, and scenic views. Reviewers commonly note clean grounds, friendly and helpful staff, and a pleasant beach area. Facilities are described as dated but maintained and stocked; a pump-out (Honey Wagon) is available for RVs. Sites vary — some are unlevel or exposed to sun, so bringing leveling boards and sun protection is advised. A few visitors reported rude service or new day-use fees, so expect occasional management and policy changes. Overall it's a peaceful, family-oriented spot with practical tradeoffs.
