What a dump! Not as nice as any of the other parks in the area it is just a gravel lot. They are doing things to fix it up it appears but next time we will go somewhere else.

Guests consistently praise friendly staff, well-kept landscaping, clean pools and hot tubs, dog areas, and on-site community events, making it feel quiet and private in many spots. Tradeoffs include an older park infrastructure: rough, potholed roads, some older bathroom fixtures and occasional out-of-service stalls, limited Wi-Fi away from the clubhouse, and many long-term residents. Sites are mostly gravel/back-in with scattered pull-throughs. It's a solid choice if you value location, pools, and community, but expect some maintenance and noise challenges.
