Sites are level with full hookups and wildlife (chickens, rabbits, deer sightings), and overlooks add to the peaceful atmosphere. Practical notes: the resort is limited in size so bookings can be competitive, and some upper sites are on a steep access road that may favor front-wheel-drive or higher-clearance vehicles. Close to Franklin for errands and outings.
