Many guests praise friendly, helpful staff and recent improvements to the lodge, camp store and food service under new management. Practical tradeoffs include limited free internet and varied site quality: some sites are small, close together, muddy or uneven, and a few reviewers note aging infrastructure such as an out-of-service hot tub, a dated pool or electrical and road access concerns.
