You are not going here for the sites. The kids area and fun things are all very nice... the sites are way overpriced if they were the only draw. Overall this place is worth the price for a weekend of family fun in season. Verizon 4G was good and the park is close to Yorktown (return trip is a $2 toll) and amenities of civilization. We paid $80 per night but the kid was happy with the water park and games so worth it.

Several visitors said they had to find off-site showers or buy extra water. If you prioritize family amenities and location, this park may suit you, but expect possible service and sanitation tradeoffs.
