Calico Ghost Town Campground sits next to the historic Calico Ghost Town and offers easy access to the town’s shops, restaurants and attractions (mine tour, panning, train, mystery/illusion house). Campsites include RV full hookups on an OHV side, potable water, restrooms and coin‑operated showers. It’s popular with families and off‑road groups and hosts occasional events. Tradeoffs: many activities end by late afternoon, summer desert heat and flies can be an issue, and holiday weekends bring noise from RVs and off‑roaders with quiet hours not always enforced. Some sites are tight for very large rigs, so arrive prepared.
